Debit Card Use Policy

The Aberdeen District Library debit card is to be used for library purchases only.

In the event that a mistake happens and the card is accidentally used for personal purchases, the following procedure will be followed:

1-     Upon discovery of the mistake, the purchaser will bring in the receipt from the purchase.

2-     With witness from director, assistant director, budget manager, or chair of the board will repay the amount on the receipt to the library and this transaction will be documented.
